    ISC Reloan Program
     On September 22, 2005, the Interstate Stream Commission adopted the ISC Reloan Policy, which provides a low-interest source of funding for water conservation projects to irrigation and similar districts (Districts) organized under the laws of New Mexico. Under this authority, the Commission may make loans, wherein the Districts re-loan to individual or incorporated borrowers for the purpose stated in New Mexico Statutes 72-14-29 and 72-14-33.

        Middle Rio Grande Endangered Species Act Lawsuit Agreement
    On June 29, 2001, the State of New Mexico and the United States finalized a historic agreement that provides the basis for settlement of the Endangered Species Act lawsuit on the Middle Rio Grande, Minnow v. Keys (formerly Minnow v. Martinez).

    Ute Reservoir Management
     The Interstate Stream Commission updated policies May 23, 2002 regarding management of Ute Reservoir, which it owns and operates. The policies address private boat docks on Ute Reservoir and use of ISC land and flowage easements bordering the reservoir.
